Application of Safety Production and Transportation Process Monitoring and Management Service System Based on Beidou Navigation and Location-based Services in Xinjiang

针对北斗导航与位置服务在新疆指挥调度、应急保障的应用特点、区位特点和重大应用需求,结合新疆安全生产与运输行业信息化建设关键过程,提出了面向监督管理的主要日常业务和典型业务的基于多业务多协同的安全生产与运输过程监控管理服务系统,可提供针对重点业务管理部门、野外生产和重点车辆的位置管理、信息发布、预警救援等服务,以此加强新疆安全生产与运输过程动态监控信息共享和信息化决策支持能力。

In terms of the Beidou navigation and location-based servicers application and location characteristicsof command and dispatch and emergency security as well as its significant application requirements in Xinjiang,and combining withthe key process of information construction ofsafety production and transportation,the article proposes thesafety production and transportation process monitoring and management service systemfor common and typical busi- nesses, which is based on multi-services and coordinates. In addition, the system also provides services of location management, information distribution, warning and rescue for management department of key business, field produc- tion and key vehicles,which aim to strengthen the ability of decisionsupport for the dynamic monitoring information sharing and informatization of the key process of safety production and transportation in Xinjiang.
