摘要
研究三相单开关BOOST整流器与单向整流器并联构成的混合整流器控制方法。分析了混合整流器拓扑结构及工作机理,采用电压、电流双闭环控制策略,电压外环控制混合整流器直流侧母线输出电压具有良好的动态与稳态性能,电流内环控制交流侧输入电流波形正弦化,使混合整流器系统的功率因数为1。通过仿真实验证明了系统控制策略的可行、有效。
This article presents the control schemes of the hybrid rectifiers which assembled by the parallel connection of a three-phase single-switchBOOST rectifier and aunilateral rectifier. Through the analysis of the topological structure and working mechanism of hybrid rectifier systems and the adoption of control strategy of voltage and current double close-loop, theoutput voltage from side bus of hybrid rectifier controlledby voltage loop has good dynamic and steady-state performance. Current inner-loop controls the waveform of AC-side input current and makes it as sinusoidal wave,which make power factor of Hybrid rectifier system to be 1. Through the simulation experiment, the article proves that the feasibility and effectiveness of the system control strategy.
