Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤的临床疗效

Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bedin treatment of extensive burn

目的 观察并分析Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2013年3月至2015年1月收治的82例大面积烧伤患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,观察组患者接受Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗,对照组患者接受大张异皮联合微粒皮移植术治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的创面结痂时间、手术植皮面积以及愈合时间低于对照组患者;观察组患者植皮成功率高于对照组患者,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后观察组患者的创面细菌检出率为12.20％,对照组患者为39.02％,且两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.讨论 针对大面积烧伤患者给予Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗临床疗效确切,且抑菌效果较好,可有效减少换药次数,加快患者恢复,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed in the treatment of extensive burn.Methods Eighty-two patients with extensive burn treatedat our hospital from March, 2013 to January, 2015 were taken as clinical research objects and were randomly divided into a control group（41cases） and an observation group（41 cases） by random number list method.The observation group were treated with Meek skin grafting and suspension bed.The control group were treated by particle skin grafting with heterogenous skin.The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups.Results Thewound scabbing timeand healing time were shorter, the skin grafting area was smaller, and the success rateof skin graftingwas higherin the observation group r than in the control group （P〈0.05）.After the treatment, 12.2% patients were testedwith germin the wound in the observation group and 39.02% in the control group, with astatisticaldifference （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bedfor patients with extensive burn has definitely curative effect, isantibacterially effective, can effectively reduce the frequency of dressing change, accelerate the recovery of patients, and is worth being clinicallygeneralized.
