快速康复护理在胰腺癌围手术期患者中的应用效果被引量：9

摘要目的探讨快速康复护理在胰腺癌围手术期患者中的应用效果.方法选取2013年6月至2015年1月我院收取的胰腺癌病人77例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=38）和观察组（n=39）.对照组常规护理,观察组快速康复护理,对比两组手术各项指标情况以及术后并发症.结果观察组肛门通气需时、下床活动需时以及住院时间均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组2例术后发生并发症,对照组9例（P＜0.05）.观察组护理总满意度为97.4％,显著高于对照组的78.9％（P＜0.05）.结论在胰腺癌围手术期患者中,快速康复护理可加速术后康复,术后并发症少,护理满意度高,值得推广.
