摘要
考虑起重机的动态特性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对门式起重机蒙皮式结构系统进行模态分析,确定影响结构动态性能的关键模态频率,并对门式起重机蒙皮式结构冲击振动进行瞬态动力学分析。用ANSYS软件仿真分析门式起重机蒙皮式结构系统起升的运动过程,得到门式起重机在起升过程中受到冲击载荷作用时主梁跨中垂直方向位移随时间变化的响应规律,并提取出最大动位移,从而计算出动载系数,为门式起重机蒙皮式结构的设计提供理论依据。
Considering the dynamic characteristics of the crane, used finite element analysis software ANSYS to do modal analysis of skin type gantry crane structure, the key modal frequency of influencing the structure dynamic performance was determined. Transient dynamic analysis was done for the skin structure crane impact vibration, analysis of crane lifting movement process is simulated by using ANSYS software, got gantry crane vertical displacement variation with time' s response rule of girder midspan when subjected to impact loads in the lifting process, and extracted the maximum dynamic displacement, and calculated dynamic load coefficient, providing theoretical basis for design of skin structure crane.
