摘要
以动梁无滑枕立式复合加工中心双驱进给系统为研究对象,通过详细分析两轴轴间横梁负载运动及系统传动刚度,建立了双驱进给系统的数学模型。利用动态仿真工具Matlab/simulink进行仿真分析,得到横梁负载重心移动及系统刚度对双驱进给系统不同步误差的定量影响关系。并分析了在不同输入速度信号下的不同步误差,得到不同速度输入对双驱进给系统不同步误差的影响关系。
According to the dual-driving system of moving beam without ram vertical milling-lathe complex machining center for the study, based on the detailed analysis of the beam load movement between the two axial and the system transmission stiffness, the model of dual-drive feed system was established. The theoretical model was analyzed and simulated by using dynamic simulation software Matlab/simulink, the quantitative relations that the movement of beam load ' s gravity and system stiffness have impact on the dual-drive non-synchronous error was obtained, and the non-synchronous error under the different input speed signal was analyzed ,got the impact relationship between the different input speed and dual-drive non-synchronous error.
