摘要
电子书产业是信息社会中涌现出来的新兴业态,近些年来展现出巨大的发展潜力,台湾地区由于市场规模小,资源紧缺,往往难以实现产业发展中的规模效应。针对这一现状,台湾电子书平台在运营中另辟蹊径,以"创新性""体验性"和"社交性"为发展方向,致力于丰富电子出版物的内容,提升平台的服务质量,培养读者的阅读兴趣,在实践中不断壮大电子出版市场。本文以台湾地区电子书城Readmoo平台的经营经验为例,深入分析台湾电子书平台的创新实践和运营哲学。
E-book industry is a newly - emerging model in the information society, and it shows a great potential for development in recent years. E-book industry in Taiwan lacks abundant resources for growing, so it only has a narrow market size. In this sense, E-book industry in Taiwan is difficult to achieve scale effect in development. In response to this situation, the e-book platforms in Taiwan take the direction of "innovation", "experience" and "socialization" for furthering development, which is committed to enriching the content of electronic publications, enhancing platforms' service quality, fostering readers' interests and expanding electronic publishing market. This paper takes the platform Readmoo's managerial experience as an example, and analyzes the innovative practice and operating philosophy of Taiwan e-book platforms.
