“新农保”对中国农村土地流转的影响——基于CHARLS2013数据的实证研究

The Impact of the " New Rural Insurance" for Rural Land Circulation in China: An Empirical Study Based on CHARLS2013 Data

土地流转是当今农业生产经营中的重要问题。分析2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS2013)的大型微观调查数据,利用回归结果得出:"新农保"作为养老保险的代表对中国农村土地流转产生了积极的影响。应建立健全社会保险体系从而减少农民流转土地的后顾之忧,为土地向单纯的生产资料过渡创造条件。

Agricultural land is one of the main factors of production. This article adopts large microeconomic survey data from 2013 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study （CHARLS2013）. Also, it with the regression results proves that ＂ New Rural Insurance＂, as a representative of the pension insurance, has a positive impact on China rural land circulation, and brings forward policy suggestions on how to improve land system： establishing a sound insurance system to reduce the worries of farmers to transfer land and create the conditions to change land into simple means of production.
