摘要
近几年,北京在强降雨的侵袭下,建筑电气防水设计也暴露出了一些问题。建筑电气设计中一些细节有可能会成为建筑物内漏水的致命要害。应如何加强建筑电气防水设计?电气专业在设计过程中应注意哪些问题?笔者结合工程配合过程中遇到的问题及对北京地区相关政策的思考,进行归纳总结,希望能与大家共同讨论。
Some problems in building electrical waterproofing design have surfaced due to heavy rainfalls in Beijing in recent years. Some tiny details in building electrical design may develop into main causes for building leakage. The author gives thoughts on questions like how to improve building electrical waterproofing design, what shall be paid attention to in electrical design, etc. while taking relevant regulations of Beijing Municipality into consideration, and sh~/res his conclusions in the article for discussion.
