摘要 近年来,随着人们对细胞生物学、遗传学研究的不断深入,细胞自噬在支气管哮喘(以下简称为哮喘)中的作用日趋明朗,特别在遗传因素、氧化应激和环境等方面,自噬调控可能直接影响哮喘的发生和发展,这将有望成为哮喘治疗的新方向。本文就细胞自噬、细胞自噬与哮喘的关系进行论述。 In recent years, with the further study of cell biology and genetics, the role of autophagy in bronchial asthma is becoming more and more obvious. Especially in the aspects of genetic factors, oxidative stress and environment, autophagy regulation may directly affect the occurrence and development of asthma, which may become a new direction of asthma treat- ment. In this review we will discuss what is autophagy, and the relationship between autophagy and asthma.
