甘肃省大学生自杀意念与羞耻感、述情障碍、领悟社会支持的关系

Relation of suicide ideation to shame,alexithymia and perceived social support in college students from Gansu Province

目的：探讨甘肃省大学生的自杀意念与羞耻感、述情障碍、领悟社会支持的关系。方法：选取甘肃省8所大学的大二、大三学生898人（男459人,女439人）,用贝克自杀意念量表中文版（BSICV）测评自杀意念,羞耻体验量表（ESS）测评羞耻感,多伦多述情障碍量表（TAS-20）测评述情障碍,领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）测评社会支持。结果：有21.94%（197/898）的大学生有自杀意念;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,ESS中的＂个性因素＂维度得分高[调整后的OR（95%CI）为1.08（1.05～1.11）]和PSSS的＂家庭支持＂分量表得分低[调整后的OR值（95%CI）为0.93（0.90～0.96）]与大学生自杀意念有关。结论：甘肃省大学生的自杀意念与羞耻感、述情障碍和领悟到的社会支持关系密切,应该将羞耻感、述情障碍和领悟到的社会支持放进大学生自杀的干预体系中。

Objective：To explore the relation of suicide ideation to shame,alexithymia and perceived social support in college students of Gansu Province.Methods：Totally 898 grade two and grade three college students（459 males,439 females） from 8 colleges in Gansu Province were surveyed with the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version（BSI-CV） for suicide ideation,the Experience of Shame Scale（ESS） for shame sense,twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale（TAS-20） for alexithymia,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS） for social support.Results：The rate of suicidal ideation among these students was 21.94%（197/898）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that personality factor of shame[OR = 1.08,95%CI：1.05- 1.11]and family support of perceived social support[OR = 0.93,95%CI：0.90- 0.96]were independently associated with suicidal ideation.Conclusion：It suggests that the suicide ideation may be related to shame sense,alexithymia,and social support in college students from Gansu Province,which should be considered to put into the intervention system for college students＇ suicide.
