国内企业志愿服务发展模式探析——以北京几家跨国公司为例

Analysis on the Development Modes of Domestic Enterprise Volunteer Service——Taking several Multi-National Corporations in Beijing as Examples

由北京市内几家跨国公司志愿服务活动开展的情况可知,目前企业志愿服务的发展模式主要包括志愿者协会发展模式、基金会发展模式、部门发展模式、制度发展模式和项目发展模式等五种发展模式。且每个模式都有不同的侧重点,既有优势也有不足,企业应结合自身的实际情况选择不同的志愿服务发展模式。将跨国公司志愿服务发展模式有益经验推广到其他企业中,有利于推动本土企业志愿服务的发展。

Corporations carry out volunteer service will not only effectively fulfill their social responsibilities,but also promote their own development.At present,the development models of corporate volunteer service include the volunteer associations＇ development model,the Foundation development model,the department development model,institutional development model,and project development model.This five development models each has a different focus,both advantages and disadvantages.Corporations should be combined with their own actual situation to select a development model of volunteer service to promote the development of their own voluntary service.
