摘要
中国古代盟誓制度起源于黄帝时代,定型于西周时期,它在本质上是一种政治制度和神灵崇拜,更是一种特殊的法律制度、法律行为和法律事实,因而具有重大的法律价值;古代盟誓至今仍以其变形存在并制约着国家、国际与人际等关系,具有正负两面价值。
Chinese ancient vows system originated in the Yellow Emperor times,and formed in the Western Zhou Dynasty.It is a kind of political system and the worship of gods in essence.It is also a kind of special legal acts and legal facts with great value;Ancient oath is still using its deformation and restricts the national,international and interpersonal relationship,which displayed both positive and negative values.
