广西高校图书馆个性化信息服务质量影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Personalized Information Service Quality of University Libraries in Guangxi

[目的 /意义]分析广西高校图书馆个性化信息服务质量的主要影响因素,提出相应改进措施,为提高西部地区高校图书馆的个性化信息服务质量提供方向和科学依据。[方法 /过程]对广西13所高校图书馆个性化信息服务的现状进行问卷调查,对相关数据进行标准化处理后建立因子分析模型,找出影响高校图书馆个性化信息服务水平的主要因素。[结果 /结论]资源建设和馆员素质是影响广西高校图书馆个性化信息服务质量的主要因素,广西各高校图书馆的馆员素质得分均低于资源建设得分,各高校之间存在一定的差距。加强信息资源共建共享和特色数据库建设、重视信息资源整合、提升馆员综合素质是提升广西高校图书馆个性化信息服务质量的必由之路。

[Purpose/significance] The paper analyzes main influencing factors of personalized information service quality of uni- versity libraries in Guangxi, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures, to provide development direction and scientific ba- sis for university libraries in West China to promote personalized information service. [Method/processl It does a questionnaire survey on status quo of personalized information service of 13 university libraries in Guangxi, builds factor analysis model after data standard- ization, and finds out main influencing factors of personalized information service level of university library. [Result/conclusion] Re- source construction and librarian＇ s quality are major factors, the scores of librarian＇ s quality of Guangxi university libraries are all be- low the scores of their resource construction, and there is a certain gap among universities. The paper thinks that strengthening infor- mation resources co-construction and sharing and characteristic database construction, paying attention to information resource integra- tion, promoting comprehensive quality of librarians are the inevitable course to upgrade personalized information service quality of uni- versity libraries in Guangxi.
