摘要 [目的 /意义]移动图书馆能够极大满足用户的信息需求,然而用户对移动图书馆的访问使用效果较差。移动图书馆用户行为研究是提高信息服务的有效途径,特别是用户采纳意愿值得深入探讨。[方法 /过程]基于UTAUT模型对移动图书馆用户采纳意愿及其影响因素进行分析,通过问卷调查收集高校学生采纳意愿数据,并利用PLS技术来验证理论模型及研究假设。[结果 /结论 ]影响高校学生使用移动图书馆的因素主要是主动规范、自我效能、内容丰富化及便利条件,其中主观规范对研究生用户的移动图书馆使用意愿影响更大,内容丰富化和便利条件对本科生用户的使用意愿影响更大。 [ Purpose/significance ] Mobile library can greatly satisfy user＇s information needs, however, user＇s access to mobile li- brary is not very effective. Behavior study of mobile library user is an effective path to promote information service, especially user＇ s de- sire to adopt mobile library is worthy of deep study. [Method/process] The paper bases on UTAUT model to analyze user＇s desire and the influencing factors, collects data of university student＇s adoption desire by questionnaire survey, and uses PLS method to verify theo- retical model and research hypothesis. [Result/conclusion] Main influencing factors on university student＇s using mobile library are initiative normalization, self-efficacy, rich contents and convenient conditions, in which initiative normalization has more influence on postgraduate＇s adoption behavior, rich contents and convenient conditions have more influence on undergraduate＇s adoption behavior.
