应用型本科创业型人才培养策略刍议

On Cultivation Strategy of Entrepreneurial Talent at Application-oriented Institutes

随着我国经济的转型升级,培养具备创新精神、创业能力和技术应用能力的创业型人才成为时代对应用型本科新的需求。当前国内已有四种典型的高校创业型人才培养模式,其中"理论和实践教学相结合"被认为是应用型本科培养创业型人才的最佳模式,该模式主要通过政产学一体化合作表现的。针对国内政校企合作存在表面化、形式化,政府缺位比较明显这一现状,对政校企三大主体在合作中的决策提出了一些建议。

With the transformation and promotion of China＇ s economy, the cultivation of the innovative, entrepreneurial and technology applicable talents have become the new demand of the era. There have been four typical entrepneurial talent training modes in our do- mestic universities, and the ＂combination of theory and practice＂ mode is considered the best one to cultivate entrepreneurial talents, h achieves by the cooperation of the government, enterprises, and universities. As some obvious problems exist in the cooperation, such as utilitarianism and formalization, this paper gives some feasible suggestions.
