本文旨在供应商评估与选择问题上,构建适合企业发展的综合评价指标体系.在三角模糊层次分析法的基础上,将专家群体主观判断的自然语意进行模糊化处理,计算定性评价指标权重,然后利用组合化方法将企业的定性评价指标权重和定量评价指标权重相结合,构建灰色关联决策矩阵,最后利用改进的灰色关联法确定供应商的关联度,实现供应商评估的优选排序,从而丰富企业对供应商评估与选择的评价策略,完善企业的内部资源管理.

This article constructs a suitable index system for the comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise development. The subjective judgment of experts was fuzzily processed and the qualitative evaluation index weight was calculated in the research on the basis of the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Combining the weight of the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, a decision matrix of gray incidence is created. Finally, the correlation of suppliers can be determined by the improved gray correlation method. An optimized sorting of supplier evaluation is achieved for enterprises to improve the evaluating and selecting of suppliers, hence making the most of the enterprises intemal resources.
