基于情感倾向分析的突发事件网络舆情预警研究

Research of Emergency Network Public Sentiment Warning Based on the Analysis of Emotional Tendency

近年来,突发事件频发,关于突发事件网络舆情预警方法的相关研究也逐渐增多,但多是基于技术方法实现。本文运用情感倾向分析的方法,构建了基于情感倾向分析的网络舆情分析过程模型,并提出了情感色彩五级划分法。最后,通过实例来验证情感倾向分析方法在突发事件网络舆情预警上的有效性与可行性。

In recent years, the sentiment emergency takes place frequently, the method of network public sentiment warning about sentiment emergency also increase gradually, but, more is based on the method of technology. This paper uses the method of emotional tendency analysis, build a process model of the analysis of network public opinion based on emotional tendency analysis, and put forward the method of emotional color five divisions. At last one example was used to verify the method of emotional tendency analysis on sentiment emergency is effective and feasible.
