摘要
黄藏寺水利枢纽工程将替代黑河中游19座平原水库,其中9座位于张掖黑河湿地国家级自然保护区。在对拟替代平原水库生态环境现状进行调查的基础上,结合平原水库历史成因和平原水库保护物种分布,对替代平原水库对生态环境的影响进行分析。指出平原水库替代不可避免造成湿地保护区面积和鸟类栖息地的减少,提出保留适当的水面,保护珍稀鸟类栖息地等措施保护生态环境。
Huangzangsi Water Control Project is to substitute 19 plain reservoirs, in which 9 reservoirs are within Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve in Zhangye, along the mid-stream of Heihe River. Based on the investigation of the tus of the plain reservoirs to be substituted, an analysis of the impacts from these reservoirs on the eco-environment therein is made herein. It is pointed out that the substitution of the plain reservoirs is inevitable to lead to the decreases of both the area of the wetland reserve and the bird habitat, thus the measure of preserving some adaptable water areas for protecting the habitats of the rare birds and the nt therein are proposed as well.
