Safety evaluation on construction operation behavior with multi-attribute projection method

施工作业安全是安全管理需要考虑的主要问题,针对施工作业行为变动较大、安全行为数据为区间型数据的情形,首先采用Delphi法确定施工作业安全行为的指标体系,然后构建施工作业行为的多属性投影模型,并给出了建模步骤,尝试利用多属性矢量投影方法对施工作业行为进行综合安全评价,以确定施工作业行为的安全程度,最后通过算例验证了结论的有效性。该方法能为施工作业的安全投入提供参考,并且有利于提高安全管理的质量和效率。

Construction operation safety is what should be taken into prime consideration in safety management. As is known, construction operation safety behavior varies widely and its data exist in interval. In view of this, the Delphi method is adopted to determine the index system of construction operation safety behavior first. Then, the model of multi-attribute projection is built and a scheme for implementation is given, trying to apply multi-attribute vector projection to carry out a comprehensive evaluation on operation behavior to determine the safe extent of operation behavior. At last, an engineering example is used to prove the conclusion is effective. This method provides reference for the safety investment of construction and helps to improve the quality and efficiency of safety management.
