摘要
薏苡曾是我国最早被驯化的作物之一,但我们现在食用的薏苡是外来品种,在汉代传入中原。文献中"薏苡"出现频率很高,且异名众多,如"解蠡、芑实、赣米、回回米、薏珠子"等。由于它功用丰富,既有医疗作用,又是美味的主食,系统地揭示其名源、内涵有助于我们更好地认识和理解其文化意义。
YIYI is a kind of earliest crops in China, But today's YIYI we eat is exotic. It was firstly imported in Han dynasty. The frequency of "YIYI" in the ancient documents is very high, and it has many different names. For example, JIELI, QISHI GANMI, HUIHUIMI YIZHUZI, and so on. It has not only medicinal function, but also it is a delicious food. If we can explore its origin of different names and meaning, it will be helpful to know and understand its cultural value.
