加强民族高校基建财务管理的几点思考

On the Improvement of Financial Management of Infrastructure Construction at Universities for Ethnic Minorities

高等教育扩招政策实施以来,民族高校基建规模不断扩大,基建财务管理工作的重要性也越来越突出。在新形势下,为满足民族高校建设和发展的需要,思考民族高校基建财务管理存在的问题,探索加强和改进基建财务预算管理体系和制度建设、全过程成本控制、精细化管理措施、管理人员自身能力建设的新思路,从而进一步提高民族高校整体管理水平,促进民族高校教育事业的健康可持续发展。

Since the expansion of higher education in China, the scale of infrastructure construction of universities for ethnic minorities has been expanding, and the importance of its financial management is increasingly prominent. Under the new situation, to meet the demand of construction and development of u- niversities for ethnic minorities, and to investigate the problems in the financial management of infrastruc-ture construction of universities for ethnic minorities, we should explore a new way to improve the budget management system and institution, cost control through the overall process, the degree of fine-grained management and the capacity building of the managerial staff, so as to further improve the overall management level of universities for ethnic minorities and promote the sound and sustained development of tertiary education for ethnic minorities.
