近五年公开的新杀菌剂及其合成研究进展

Research Progress of New Agricultural Fungicides and Their Synthetical Method Disclosed in Recent Five Years

从1980年开始,各大农药公司经过整合,且研发重点也逐步转移到种子和具有特点的新的化学作物保护产品,导致从事新农药创制研发的单位数量以及开发的品种都在减少。近五年仅开发了21个农用杀菌剂,对其作了简要的介绍,涉及酰胺类、strobilurins类及其他类化合物的结构、生物活性、应用、合成、创制经纬、登记及上市情况。同时对杀菌剂的发展趋势和前景作了展望。

Due to the industry consolidation, the number of novel products developed by the agrochemical companies have declined significantly since 1980, while a shift in focus of the development of chemicals for the protection of seeds and traits has an impact on investment. The chemical structures and properties including biological activities, application, synthesis, discovery, registry and launch of 21 fungicides including amides,strobilurins, and other compounds disclosed in recent five years were briefly reviewed while the future prospects of fungicide were also introduced.
