摘要
介绍高黏合强度PVC涂塑钢丝生产工艺流程。考察挤塑、静电塑化、浸塑3种不同的涂塑方式对涂塑钢丝黏合强度的影响。静电塑化法和浸塑法生产的涂塑钢丝,涂层与钢丝的结合力相对优于挤塑法,但需通过高温固化形成涂层,并且由于生产装置限制,进行工艺改造的余地较小;而挤塑法生产效率优于静电塑化法和浸塑法。对比分析后选择挤塑加涂黏合剂的方式生产涂塑钢丝。通过实验总结出黏合剂预热工艺,感应加热温度200℃,收线速度25 m/min;涂覆塑料前钢丝直径为1.2 mm,涂覆后直径为1.6 mm;钢丝与涂塑层的黏合强度超过100 MPa,产品满足客户需求。
To introduce production process flow of high adhesive strength PVC. The influence of three different plastic coated methods such as extrusion,electrostatic plasticization and dipping plastic on plastic coated steel wire adhesive strength was investigated. The plastic coated steel wire produced with electrostatic plasticization and dipping plastic,its adhesive strength between coating and steel wire is superior to that of extrusion,but it needs high temperature to form coating,and because of the limit of production device,the space of process innovation is small. The production efficiency of extrusion is superior to that of electrostatic plasticization and dipping plastic. After comparison,extrusion adding coating adhesive method is chosen to produce plastic coated steel wire. The adhesive pre-heating process is concluded through experiment,induction heating temperature is 200 ℃,take-up speed is 25 m / min. Steel wire diameter before coating plastic is 1. 2 mm,after coating plastic is 1. 6 mm. The adhesive strength between steel wire and coating plastic layer is over 100 MPa,product meet requirements of customers.
