摘要
1-6/15-15股的出现是因为没有外层钢丝数为15根的平行捻股(西鲁式除外)。1-6/15-15股与并不使用或者极少使用且中心钢丝直径过大的31S(1-15-15)股相比,具有同等耐磨损性能的同时还具有相对良好的柔软性。根据GB/T 8706—2006/ISO 17893:2004、API规范9A—1995、RR-W-410E—2002、JISG 3525—2006等,分析组股钢丝直径均匀性和点、线接触结构钢丝面积占组股钢丝总面积比例,认为1-6/15-15股既不是西鲁式平行捻股,也不是多工序交叉捻结构,而是在1-6单层钢丝股外再1道工序捻制由2层钢丝构成西鲁式结构之特殊2道工序复合捻股。1-6/15-15股标记应该是37SN而不是我国钢丝绳标准一直沿用的37S。根据目前资料显示复合捻股之先捻结构均为平行捻,1-6/15-15股应单独成类。
Appearance of 1-6/15-15 strand is because there has no parallel stranding that outer layer wire number is 15(expect seale style). To compare 1-6 /15-15 strand with 31S(1-15-15) strand that do not use or rarely use and center wire diameter is oversize,their wear resistant property are the same,and 1-6/15-15 strand has relatively good flexibility. Group strand wire diameter uniformity and group strand wire total area proportion accounted for by point,line contact structure wire area are analyzed according to GB/T 8706—2006/ISO 17893:2004,API standard 9A—1995,RR-W-410E—2002,JISG 3525—2006,and think that 1-6/15-15 is not seale style parallel stranding,but also not multiple operation cross twist structure,it is two special process compound twist strand of seale style structure that consist of two layers wire,that is,one process twist around 1-6 single layer wire strand. The mark of 1- 6 /15-15 strand should be 37 SN,and not 37 S that Chinese wire rope stardand also uses. It shows that first twist structure of compound twist strand are all parallel twist according to current date,1-6/15-15 strand should be an independent type.
