摘要 针对企业开发钢帘线时遇到的破断拉力偏差大,且时有不合格的问题,采用正交试验法对生产工艺参数进行优化。通过在不同工艺条件下的试验,得到了较优的工艺参数:镀铜丝直径1.40 mm,抗拉强度1 250 MPa,湿拉采用正公差模具。同时找出影响钢帘线破断拉力的主要因素为镀铜丝直径。实践表明,采用优化后的工艺参数生产的产品,各项性能指标均符合用户标准要求,产品使用性能稳定。 Aiming at big broken force deviation that the company met when developed steel cord,and broken force disqualification problem occurred occasionally,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the production process parameter. Through the test under different processes,and got the optimal process parameter: copper plating wire diameter is 1.40 mm,tensile strength of copper plating wire is 1 250 MPa,positive allowance mould was adopted by wet drawing. Meanwhile,the main aspects that affected steel cord wire broken force was found,that was copper plating diameter. The practice shows,product index can meet the customers standard requirement by adopting optimized process parameter,product usability is stable.
