摘要 针对热处理收线机存在的效率低、盘重小、工人劳动强度大等问题,提出倒立式收线机的设计思路,开发一种热处理大盘重倒立式收线机。给出倒立式收线机的主要技术参数,对倒立式收线机的传动方式、气动积线装置、"V"形盘及机架进行设计。实践表明,该倒立式收线机结构简单,制造和维护方便,且设备的自动化程度高,工人劳动强度小,有效地提高产品质量和生产作业率。 Aiming at existing problems of heating treatment such as low efficiency,small reel weight,high labor intensity,put forward the designing idea of inverted take-up machine,develop an inverted take-up machine with big reel for heating treatment. The main technique parameter of inverted take-up machine is given,driving method,pneumatic accumulation wire device,"V"style reel and rack of inverted take-up machine are designed. The practice shows,inverted take-up machine has simple structure,manufacture and maintenance is convenient,and the device has high automation level,labor strength is small,products quality and production operation efficiency improve effectively.
