摘要
为满足大直径高强度钢丝绳预成形要求,设计了减速机式预变形器。采用电机驱动替代传统的人力驱动,解决了大直径高强度钢丝绳合绳过程中预变形装置调节困难的问题。经使用验证,减速机式预变形器辊端距、压弯量调整方便高效,使用此装置生产的公称直径90 mm、公称抗拉强度1 960 MPa、结构6×49SWS-IWRC钢丝绳具有良好的不松散性能,可满足大直径高强度钢丝绳的预成形要求。
Speed reducer type pre-deformation apparatus was designed to meet requirement of large diameter high strength wire rope prefroming. Motor drive was adopted to substitute traditional human power,the problem of pre-deformation device adjusting difficulty in large diameter high strength wire rope laying-up process was solved. It is verified after usage,the roller end spacing and intermesh adjustment of speed reducer type pre-deformation apparatus is convenient and has high efficiency,the device is used to produce diameter 90 mm,tensile strength 1 960 MPa,structure 6×49SWS-IWRC wire rope,which has good unlooseness,meet the performing requirement of large diameter high strength wire rope.
