摘要
由于目前变电设备在线监测技术缺乏相应的技术和管理标准,部分在线监测装置寿命短、运行不稳定、测试效果较差,内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司开发设计了变电设备状态监测系统。该系统采用标准开放式的信息技术框架,规范不同种类监测设备数据的接入、控制和处理,通过对变电设备状态和关键运行环境的实时监测、评估、分析、诊断、预测和预警等,实现了内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司变电设备状态监测的标准化、流程化、网络化和规范化管理。
Due to the lack of appropriate technical standards and management system,the majority of on- line monitoring device has a short life, nonsteady operation, and thepoor testing effect. Therefore, Inner Mongolia Power(Group) Co.,Ltd. designs a set ofsubstation equipment of condition monitoring system. The system uses standard openinformation technology framework to regulate the data access, control and processing ofdifferent kinds of monitoring equipments, and to realize the standard, process, and networkmanagement of the condition monitoring in Inner Mongolia Power(Group) Co.,Ltd. throughreal- time monitoring, evaluation, analysis, diagnosis, prediction and early warning ofsubstation equipment state and key operation environment.
