摘要
内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司2×600 MW直接空冷机组电除尘装置除尘后烟尘质量浓度相对较大,考虑到烟尘质量浓度过大给设备带来的危害及现阶段的环保奖励政策,决定对2号机组除尘器进行改造:在湿法脱硫系统后增设1台湿式电除尘器,极配装置包括阳极板、阴极线,阴极线采用放电能力较强的尖端放电电极;收尘极板采用专用的位于湿法脱硫装置后的湿式电除尘器收尘极板;喷淋冲洗系统细分为分布板冲洗管路、电场冲洗管路及除雾器冲洗管路。改造后,2号机组的实际烟尘质量浓度降至5 mg/m3以下,达到了国家超低排放标准。改造方法为其他同类型机组除尘器改造提供参考。

Spray irrigation systemis subdivided into distribution plate washing line, electric field flush line and demisterflush line. After modification, the actual flue gas export dustiness of unit 2 can be reducedto less than 5 mg/m3, reaching the requirements of the national standards, which canprovide reference for other same type unit filter transformation.
