摘要
北方联合电力有限责任公司乌拉特发电厂4号汽轮发电机组在运行过程中出现冷氢温度高,机组被迫降负荷运行的情况。经分析确定原因为氢气冷却系统冷却效果差及发电机通风冷却系统存在问题。对氢气冷却器进行清洗,并重新更换了氢气冷却器密封胶条后,杜绝了发电机原冷氢温度高的问题再次发生,保证了机组的安全、稳定运行。同时对机组运行中的维护工作提出建议。
High cold hydrogen temperature was occured in No.4 steam turbine unit inWulate Power Plant, which caused that the unit operated in dropping load. The analysisshowed the causes were the poor cooling effecience and the generator cooling systemwrong. Through cleaning the hydrogen cooler and replacing the sealing strip, the problemof high cold hydrogen temperature was solved and the safe and stable operation of the unitwas guaranteed. At the same time, put forward the suggestions on maintenance in operationof the unit.
