摘要 中性点接地电阻柜的应用实现了10 kV配电网零序电流保护配置及故障跳闸,但由于应用技术不成熟,易造成保护误动事故。针对鄂尔多斯电网所辖110 k V降压变电站中性点接地电阻柜在运行时发生的多次保护误动情况,分析认为主要原因是零序TA测量存在误差、电缆屏蔽层接地线走向不正确、10 k V馈线开关保护误动等,并制订相应的解决措施,从而实现了中性点接地电阻柜在10 kV配电网中的有效应用。 The application of neutral point grounding resistance cabinet can realize thezero sequence current protection configuration of 10 k V distribution network and fault trip,but due to the application of immature technology, it could easily lead to protectionmalfunction accident. Through the analysis of the multiple protection malfunction occurredduring the operation of the 110 k V substation neutral grounding resistor cabinet withinOrdos grid, the main causes are the error of the zero sequence TA measurement, the errorof the cable shield to the ground wire and the error of the 10 k V feeder switch protectionmalfunction, etc., and formulate the corresponding solution measures, so as to achieve theeffective application and management of neutral point grounding resistance cabinet in 10 kV distribution network.
