针对目前国内电力企业工程造价管理信息化建设处于起步阶段,信息化管理存在条块分割、信息壁垒等诸多问题,提出了基于内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司现有的ERP系统、PPM系统和基建项目辅助管理系统构建一体化工程造价管理平台设计方案,通过系统功能和应用范围的扩展及深化,实现内外网的流程贯通和数据共享。一体化工程造价管理平台建成后,能够实现项目全过程的造价业务流和信息流管理,将造价管理的管控节点前移至项目的施工阶段,使项目建设阶段的造价数据真实、可控。

Put forward to construct integration project cost management platform based onERP system, PPM system and construction project management system. Realize the internaland external network flow transfixion and data sharing through the expansion anddeepening of system function and application range. With the purpose of monitoring thework flow and information flow throughout the entire project cost constructing process, theproject cost constructing management procedure is promoted to the project constructionstage, so that the reliability and controllability of the project cost constructing data will beenhanced.
