摘要
介绍了电力系统通信网调度的管理职责。通过对包头供电局通信网存在的问题进行分析,提出了提高人员素质,加强通信专业各班组基础资料管理,加强通信网络管理、合理进行资源分配,建立健全各项规章制度等解决措施及建议,以切实有效地通信调度运行管理,保证包头地区电力通信网安全可靠运行,提高通信质量和服务水平。
The paper introduces the management responsibilities of communicationdispatching in electric power system. Through the analysis of the problems existing in thecommunication network in Baotou Power Supply Bureau, put forward improving personneltechnology level, strengthening the management of basic data of each team incommunication, strengthening the management of communication network, reasonableallocation of resources, establishing and improving various rules, regulations, and othersolutions or suggestions. These solutions and suggestions are expected to effectively enhancethe operation and management of communication dispatching, in order to ensure safe andreliable operation of the electric power communication network in Baotou and improve thequality of communication and service level.
