摘要
为确保铁山铁矿露天转地下斜坡道施工安全以及提高工程施工进度,详细分析了浅埋暗挖法在该矿斜坡道施工中的应用成果。通过设计合理的巷道断面,进行科学的支护结构设计,选择优化的支护参数,采用正确的开挖方法施工,设计了受力合理、技术经济且安全可靠的曲墙式巷道断面和喷网、网构、钢拱架、锁脚锚杆等4类复合支撑体系。应用主动式一次性永久支护取代被动式二次模筑衬砌,取得了含水软弱破碎地层巷道施工技术的重大突破,可供类似矿山参考。
In order to ensure the ramp construction safety and enhance the ramp construction speed of Tieshan mine open-pit to underground engineering,the application results of the ramp construction technology of shallow tunnel excavation method of Tieshan mine is analyzed in depth. Based on designing a reasonable roadway section and scientific support structure,selecting the optimal supporting parameters and adopting the right excavation method of construction,the curved wall roadway with the characteristics of reasonable load,technical,economic,safety and reliable is designed,and the four kinds of composite supporting system of spray network,network structure,steel arch and feet-lock bolt are proposed. The passive secondary mold lining is replaced by active one-time permanent support,the breakthrough of the roadway construction technology of the water cut fractured stratum is obtained. Therefore,the application results of this paper can provide reference for the similar mines.
