摘要
矿山生产过程中产生的爆破振动一直是最主要的爆破危害,因此有必要对其进行严格预测和控制。针对大煤山山坡露天矿特点,阐明了矿山爆破振动产生的机理及传播特性,对山坡地形爆破进行了数值模拟研究,分析了不同山坡地形尺寸以及爆破位置的爆破地震波传播衰减规律。选取5个不同参数变量,通过量纲分析得出了爆破振速预测的函数模型,运用SPSS数据分析软件进行了振速预测公式的回归拟合,并通过现场的测试应用检验了上述数值分析成果的有效性。
Blasting vibration is always the major blasting hazards in the process of mine production,it is necessary to conduct strict prediction and control of the blasting vibration. Based on the characteristics Dameishan slope open-pit mine,the mechanism and transmission characteristics of mine blasting vibration are discussed in depth,the hillside terrain blasting is numerical simulated to analyze the propagation attenuation regularity of blasting seismic wave of the the different blasting position and different hillside terrain size. The five different parameters are selected and the dimensional analysis method is adopted to establish the function model of blasting vibration velocity prediction. The blasting vibration velocity function is conducted regression fitting,and the feasibility of the above numerical simulation results in this paper is verified based on the scene application results.
