论儿童权利保护机制的建构——以监护为视角

On the Construction of Children's Rights Protection Mechanism——from the Perspective of Guardianship

儿童是国家的未来,对儿童权利的保护体现了一个社会的文明程度。在我国,侵害儿童权利的事件频发。究其原因,主要在于保护儿童权利的观念缺乏、现行法律存在缺漏以及保护儿童权利的专门机构缺失。建构儿童权利保护机制的策略是强化儿童权利保护的观念、完善现行法律、设立监护监督与国家监护制度、成立专门的儿童权利保护机构。

Children are the future of society, and the degree of attention to children＇s rights re- flects the degree of civilization of a society. In China, there are frequent incidents that invade children＇s rights. The main problem lies in the lack of consciousness of protection of children rights, the lack of relevant laws and children rights protection agencies. The construction of children rights protection mechanism is to strengthen the concept of protecting children＇s rights, perfect current laws, establish the supervision and national guardianship system, and specialized agencies. Only in this way will the protection of children rights be implemented.
