摘要
目的利用高效液相色谱仪检测体外不同吸附剂在不同时间对百草枯的吸附作用,为临床治疗百草枯中毒洗胃液种类的选择提供实验室依据。方法实验组为:4%碳酸氢钠、50%乙醇、30%泥浆、30%泥浆(煮沸)、30%活性炭,对照组为清水。将600mg/L百草枯分别加入以上各组中混匀后沉淀,分别于10min、30min、1h取上清液离心,用高效液相色谱仪检测百草枯浓度。结果各实验组吸附剂对百草枯均有吸附作用,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。10min时测上清液中百草枯含量:清水>50%乙醇>30%泥浆、30%泥浆(煮沸)>4%碳酸氢钠、30%活性炭。30min、1h时测上清液中百草枯含量:清水>50%乙醇>4%碳酸氢钠>30%泥浆、30%泥浆(煮沸)、30%活性炭。同组内不同时间比较:清水组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乙醇组:10min与30min比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);10min与1h、30min与1h差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余实验组:30min与1h差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);10min与1h、10min与30min差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验所用吸附剂对百草枯均有吸附作用,30%泥浆、30%泥浆(煮沸)、30%活性炭吸附效果最佳。随吸附剂与百草枯作用时间延长,吸附效果更佳。
Objective detected in vitro by HPLC different adsorbents at different times of the adsorption of paraquat for clinical treatment of paraquat poisoning, gastric lavage fluid kind of choice to provide laboratory basis. Methods Experimental group: 4% sodium bicarbonate, 50% ethanol, 30% slurry, 30% slurry (boiling), 30% activated carbon, water control group. The 600mg / L paraquat were added to the above mixed precipitation in each group, respectively, in 10min, 30min, lh centri- fuged supernatant by high-performance liquid chromatography to detect the concentration of paraquat. Results 1. adsorbent for paraquat in each experimental group were adsorption, compared with control group were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). When measured in the supernatant of paraquat 2. 10min content: water 〉 50% ethanol 〉 30% of the slurry, 30% slurry (boiled) 〉 4% sodium bicarbonate, 30% activated carbon. 30min, lh when measured in the supernatant paraquat content: water 〉 50% ethanol 〉 4% sodium hydrogencarbonate 〉 30% slurry, 30% slurry (boiling), 30% activated carbon. 3. Comparison of differ- ent times within the same group: no difference (P 〉 0. 05) water group. Ethanol group: no difference lOmin and 30min (P 〉 O. 05 ) ; 10min and 1 h, 30min statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 1 h. The rest of the experimental group : 30min and 1 h no difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; lOmin and 1 h, lOmin statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 30min. Conclusion The adsorbent used in the adsorption of paraquat are. 30% of the slurry, 30% slurry (boiled) , 30% activated carbon adsorption best. With pro- longed adsorbent paraquat adsorption better.
