成都市精神病专科医院精神卫生服务资源现状调查

Investigation of the Mental Health Service Resources in Chengdu Psychiatric Hospital

目的了解目前四川省成都市精神病专科医院精神卫生服务资源状况,包括床位资源、精神科医师及护士配置、医院级别等情况,为政府部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法通过对成都市的11家精神病专科医院进行调查,收集其精神科编制床位数、实际开放床位数、精神科执业医师以及执业护士配置、医院级别等信息资料。最后对收集的资料进行分析,了解目前成都市精神病专科医院的精神卫生服务状况。结果在这11家精神病专科医院中医院级别在二级以下的有4家(其中包括1家私立医院),二级医院有6家,三级医院有1家。共有精神科编制床位3657张,实际开放床位5662张。共有精神科执业医师361名,整体上医师与开放床位之比为1∶15.68;护士898名,整体上护士与开放床位之比为1∶6.31。结论成都市精神病专科医院资源配备严重不足,医务人员严重缺乏及分布不均,医务人员精神卫生服务工作量大。政府部门应组织调查相关原因,并进一步优化资源配置。

Objective To investigate the current mental health service resources in Chengdu psychiatric hospital,including bed resources,configuration of psychiatrists and nurses,hospital level,etc.,for government departments to formulate relevant policies to provide a basis. Methods Chengdu＇s 11 psychiatric hospitals were investigated about psychiatric establishment beds,the actual open beds,configuration of psychiatric practitioners and nurse practitioners,hospital level and other information. Finally,the collected data were analyzed to investigate the current status of mental health services in Chengdu psychiatric hospital. Results In 11 medicine psychiatric hospitals,there were four hospitals（ including a private hospital） below two levels,six hospitals of two levels,three hospitals of one level. There were 3,657 psychiatric beds in the preparation,the actual opening 5662 beds. A total of361 psychiatric practitioners,physicians and the overall ratio of the open beds of 1∶ 15. 68; 898 nurses,with nurses and open beds of 1∶ 6. 31. Conclusion Chengdu psychiatric hospitals were a serious shortage of resources,a serious lack and maldistribution of medical personnel,and medical personnel had,workload of mental health service. Government departments should organize investigation about related causes,and further optimize the allocation of resources.
