低温甲醇洗中变换气脱硫脱碳过程的模拟优化 被引量:4

摘要 应用Aspen Plus软件,选择基于BWR-LS方程和Chapman-Enskog-Brokaw方程的PSRK热力学模型对低温甲醇洗变换气吸收过程模拟进行了优化,对密度计算方程和黏度计算方程进行了修正。将修正后的热力学模型分别应用于100%煤为气化原料的变换气、80%焦炭(w)+20%煤(w)为气化原料的变换气以及100%焦炭为气化原料的变换气的脱硫脱碳过程的模拟。结果表明:模拟结果与生产实际数据吻合良好,温度、密度、流量及组成的模拟误差均满足工程标定、优化改造及对未知工况进行分析的需要。 With Aspen Plus simulation software,the simulation for shift gas absorption process by rectisol is optimized by selecting PSRK thermodynamic model which based on BWR-LS equation and Chapman-Enskog-Brokaw equation. The equations of density calculation and viscosity calculation are modified,and the improved thermodynamic model is respectively applied on the simulation of the processes of removing sulfides and carbon dioxide from three kinds of shift gas which is respectively gasified by 100% coal,80% coke( mass fraction) + 20% coal( mass fraction) and 100% coke. The results show that the simulated data are well consistent with those of practical operation,and the relative errors of temperature,density,flow rate and composition can meet the demands of engineering calibration,optimization reconstruction and the analysis of unknown cases.
