摘要目的探讨脉搏指数连续心输出量监测(PICCO)技术在心脏骤停后综合征(PCAS)患者中的应用及护理。方法对急诊重症监护室(EICU)收治的16例PCAS患者使用PICCO监测,对中心静脉压、心输出量、心功能指数、血管外肺水含量、平均动脉压和外周血管阻力指数进行观察,以上述指数监测情况为依据,给予相应药物治疗和护理措施。结果 16例PCAS患者使用PICCO监测的平均时间为6.8±1.6天,未出现护理并发症,其中2例死亡,1例转专科,13例转EICU普通病房。结论加强PCAS患者PICCO监测有利于患者预后。
