摘要
石油勘探的测井技术已经由数字化测井进入成像测井和3D测井阶段,勘探测井需在超过5000米的高温高压地层内进行大数据量采集,通过特制7芯钢缆完成仪器输送与通信控制,井下仪器采集数据如何传输到地面是测井界一直需要面对的难题,成像测井需要更大数据量通信使得传统的低于400K的传输无法满足需求,文章介绍一种基于SHDSL的成像测井高速遥传通信系统,井下仪器内部以太网总线将数据传输到遥测短接,遥测短接通过SHDSL方式将数据调制解调,利用7芯电缆作为信道实现地面与井下通信,通信速度可以达到1MBIT/S,能满足成像测井与3D测井的数据传输需求。
Logging technology of oil exploration has developed to the stage of imaging logging and 3D logging from digital logging.Logging tools work in the formation of depth more than 5000 meters with high temperature and high pressure to acquire large amount of data.Tool transportation and communication control is completed by the system with special 7-core wireline.How to transfer a large amount of data to the ground is always a problem in well logging.Traditional transmission below 400 K can not meet the demand of imaging logging which needs more amount of data communication.The paper introduces a kind of imaging logging based on SHDSL high-speed remote communication system.Downhole instrument uses Ethernet bus to transmit data to the telemetry sub which encodes and decodes data by means of SHDSL.The seven-core wireline is used as a channel to realize communication from the surface to underground.The communication speed can reach 1Mbit/S,which can meet the need of imaging logging and 3D logging data transmission.
