摘要
乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE,EC 3.1.1.7)是生物神经传导中的一种关键性酶。它可以降解胆碱能突触间的乙酰胆碱,终止神经递质对突触后膜的兴奋作用,从而保证神经信号在生物体内的正常传递。分析线虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因的特征,介绍已报道的线虫AChE基因的特点和功能,对线虫AChE基因研究中存在的问题和前景进行分析和展望。
Acetylcholinesterase(ACh E, EC3.1.1.7)is a key enzyme in biological nerve conduction. Between cholinergic synapses, the enzymatic degradation of acetylcholine could terminate the effects of neurotransmitters epicuticular on postsynaptic membrane excitation, so as to ensure the neural transmission of nerve signals in vivo. The gene characteristics were discussed, and all the structure characteristics and the function of the ace genes from nematodes reported were also discussed in this passage. Finally, the problems and prospects in the studies of nematode ace were also analyzed.
