蔬菜农药残留问题是世界农产品安全中备受关注的问题之一,农药在保护农作物的同时对人体健康、生态环境和经济发展带来了隐患。为此,从蔬菜农药残留现状出发,分析其原因及危害,进而提出相关对策,以期为蔬菜质量安全提供参考。

The pesticide residues on vegetables are one of the focus problems concerning the agricultural product safety in the world, for pesticides are good for crops but bad for human health, ecological environment and economic development. So, in this paper, the present status of pesticide residues on vegetables was described, the reasons and hazards were analyzed, and then countermeasures were proposed to provide reference for the quality and safety of vegetables.
