摘要
针对福建华电可门发电有限公司600 MW超临界机组长期以来真空严密性试验不合格、低压缸因长期运行导致原有梳齿型轴封磨损严重、轴封径向间隙偏大的问题,以#2机组为例,阐述了低压缸轴端进行组合式轴封改造的过程,总结了轴封间隙调整、数据控制以及安装步骤。改造后,性能试验证明机组真空度下降速度低于国家标准规定的优良值,提高了机组运行的经济性和安全性。
The vacuum tightness not qualified and the comb-type shaft seal wearing badly for a long time result in the low cylinder running at the low pressure,which made the comb-type shaft seal wear badly and the shaft gap enlarge seriously in radial direction. Taken the No. 2 super-critical power unit for example,the combined shape shaft of the low end of the low pressure cylinder are related. The shaft clearances the installation procedure,data control and installation steps were summarized. After the optimization,the vacuum degree of the power unit reaches the good value of the national standard. The economic and safety of the power unit also is improved.
