中速辊式磨煤机运行过程中易发生振动,诱发振动的原因较多,其表现形式也各不相同。若不根据现场实际情况及时调整磨煤机的运行工况或采取必要的检修措施,设备必然会因振动而进一步损坏。通过对中速辊式磨煤机运行过程中不同原因导致的振动现象进行分析,提出针对性处理方法及防范措施,以便在磨煤机运行、维护过程中能够迅速根据振动情况判断原因,及时进行处理,保障设备安全、可靠运行。

A medium speed roller mill is prone to vibration in the process of operation,and the vibration modes are different due to various induced reasons. If the operating condition of the mill is not adjusted in time or some necessary maintenance measures are not taken according to the practical situation in spot,the device could be further damaged by vibration. In order to help engineers to recognize the reason rapidly according to vibration mode and deal with it promptly in the operation and maintenance process,this paper analyzed the vibration modes which induced by different reasons in the operation process of medium speed roller mill,and proposed corresponding treatments and precautionary measures,which are beneficial to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the device.
