摘要
介绍了燃煤电厂环境污染第三方治理模式,并根据实例阐述了其在我国的发展状况,肯定了燃煤电厂环境污染第三方治理模式具有集中监控、促进环保产业良性发展、专业化及精细化的优点,提出了目前存在的问题以及针对性建议。
This paper presents the third-party governance of environmental pollution in coal-fired power plant including its development in China and strengths such as centralized monitoring aswell as the sound development and specialization of environmental protection promotion with concrete examples. Also,the existing problems so far and countermeasures are proposed.
