电石渣部分替代石灰石脱硫的经济性分析

Technical and economic analysis of desulphurization using carbide slag instead of limestone

以福建华电可门发电有限公司石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统为例,以电石渣部分替代石灰石进行烟气脱硫试验,并根据试验结果,对电石渣部分替代石灰石脱硫的技术经济性进行分析,证明电石渣部分替代石灰石作为脱硫剂的可行性,并证明其具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。

Taking limestone- gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system in Fujian Huadian Kemen Power Generation Company Limited as an example,a flue gas desulfurization test is taken using carbide slag partially instead of limestone,followed by a technical economy analysis of this method. The test results show that it is feasible to take carbide slag partially instead of limestone as the desulfurizer,and it has certain economic and social benefits as well.
