摘要
对现有的电磁流量计感生电势计算方法进行了改进。根据权重函数的物理意义,从"源"和"场"的角度出发,重新定义电磁流量计权重函数的解析表达式;利用留数定理这一数学工具,结合流量计的边界条件,详细论述了解析式的计算过程,给出了最终的感生电势表达式,并进行了分析比较。仿真结果表明新的权重函数解析表达式要比传统表达式更完善,实验结果显示新方法求得感生电势理论值更接近于实测值,证明了所提方法的合理性。
The induced potential calculation method of electromagnetic flowmeter is improved. According to the physical meaning of the weighting function,redefine the analytic expression of electromagnetic flowmeter weighing function from the perspective of "source"and "field". Using the residue theorem,combined with the boundary conditions of the flowmeter,the analytic formula of the calculation process is discussed in detail,the final expression of induced potential is given,and the comparative analysis is carried out. Simulation results show that the new weight function analytical expression is more perfect than the traditional expression. Experimental results show that the induced potential theory value of new method closer to the measured values,which proved the rationality of the proposed method.
