摘要
一直以来,X射线谱的准确测量十分困难,而传统的能谱仿真方法无法全面的考虑射线产生过程中的所有物理过程,因而无法准确的模拟射线,因此采用蒙特卡罗软件Geant4来仿真X射线。为了验证该方法的可靠性,分别比较了120、140、150 k V电压下模拟得出的能谱和实验得出的能谱。此外,为了研究能谱的滤波效应,设置铝片为滤波片,得出了滤波后的能谱图及铝片的衰减曲线,并与实验得到的衰减曲线进行了比较。结果表明,同一电压下,两种能谱在韧致辐射谱范围内几乎是一致的,而且铝片的衰减曲线也是相当一致,说明Geant4模拟X射线是十分可行的。
Since always the accurate measurement of X- ray spectrum has been very difficult,and the traditional spectrum simulation can not fully consider all physical processes during the radiation generated,and therefore can not accurately simulate X- ray,so using the Monte Carlo code Geant4 to simulate X- ray. To verify the reliability of the method,the simulated spectrums under 120 k V,140 k V,150 k V voltage with experimental results are compared. In addition,in order to study the filtering effect in the spectrum,by setting aluminum as a filter,obtaining energy spectrum and attenuation curve aluminum after filtering,and comparing with the experimentally obtained decay curves. The results show that under the same voltage,two spectrums in the bremsstrahlung spectral range are almost the same,and the attenuation curves aluminum are quite consistent,which indicates that Geant4 simulation of X- rays is quite feasible.
